Article: 20 tips for a healthier and happier life


It's all about career and success these days. No matter what we achieve, it's never enough, we always strive for more. In this hectic life we often forget to stop for a moment to care about our family, environment and in many cases we even forget to deal with ourselves. We do not live in an easy world however you still can make your life happier and helthier with easy things. A lot of people think that without money, they can't eat healthier, get quality exercise, or have a stress-free life. The truth is: there are many ways to be healthy and happy without spending a lot of money. Here are some proven tips to help you increase your ability to intentionally cultivate greater levels of happiness and peace of mind.


- Try to make at least three people smile each day
- What other people think of you is none of your business
- Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day
- Don' waste your precious energy on gossip
- Don't take yourself too seriously. No one else does.
- Spend time with people over the age of 70 and under the age of 6
- Dream more while you are awake
- Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about
- You do not have to win every argument. Agree to disagree
- Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. So, get rid of those ill feelings
- No one is in charge of your happiness except you
- Read more books than you did last month
- Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch
- Sleep for 8 hours a day
- Smile and laugh more
- Drink plenty of water. 'Drink at least 2 Litres of Water Per Day."
- Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past
- However a good or bad a situation is, it will change
- Call your family often
- No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up

Things to Stop Doing (Part 2):

- Stop being scared to make a mistake ? Doing something and getting it wrong is at least ten times more productive than doing nothing. Every success has a trail of failures behind it, and every failure is leading towards success. You end up regretting the things you did NOT do far more than the things you did. - Stop acting like everything is fine if it isn?t - It's ok to fall apart for a little while. You don?t always have to pretend to be strong, and there is no need to constantly prove that everything is going well. Own your shit and you will heal sooner.
- Stop blaming others for your troubles - Don't deny responsibility for your life, reactions or choices. Once again, own your shit.
- Stop worrying so much - We attract and create what we think. 'Thought attracts that upon which it is directed.'
- Stop thinking you?re not ready ? Nobody ever feels 100% ready when an opportunity arises. Because most great opportunities in life force us to grow beyond our comfort zones, which means we won?t feel totally comfortable at first.
Stop being ungrateful ? Instead of thinking about what you?re missing, see what you have that everyone else is missing. Gratefulness is what makes us happy.
- Stop trying to be everything to everyone ? Doing so is impossible, and trying will only burn you out. But making even one person smile CAN change the world. Maybe not the whole world, but their world. So narrow your focus.
- Stop exclusively looking to others for happiness ? If you?re not happy with who you are on the inside, you won?t be happy in a long-term relationship with anyone else either. You have to create stability in your own life first before you can share it with someone else.
- Stop following the path of least resistance - Life is not easy, especially when you plan on achieving something worthwhile. Don?t take the easy way out. Do something extraordinary.

- Stop spending time with the wrong people - You know right from wrong by the way it feels.
- Stop putting your own needs on the back burner - If there is ever a moment to do what truly matters to you, that moment is Now.
- Stop trying to hold onto the past - When the past calls, remember, it has nothing new to say.
- Stop running from your problems - Face them head on. And no, is not supposed to be easy; it's crucial because it's what molds you into who you become.
- Stop being idle - Progress involves risk and you cannot change what you refuse to confront.
- Stop getting involved in relationships for the wrong reasons - Fall inlove when you are ready, not when you are lonely.
- Stop rejecting new relationships just because old ones didn?t work - In life you?ll realize that there is a purpose for everyone you meet. Some will test you, some will use you and some will teach you. But most importantly, some will bring out the best in you.
- Stop trying to compete against everyone else/Stop being jealous of others - Success is a battle between you and yourself only. There is only one of You.

- Stop letting others bring you down to their level - Refuse to lower your standards to accommodate those who refuse to raise theirs.
- Stop wasting time explaining yourself to others. - Your friends don?t need it and your enemies won?t believe it anyway. Just do what you know in your heart is right.

Hello, good tips i agree them !
if I do not know what health and life means ... it means that nobody knows..(.some know about what i talk) !
- cherish every second of life ...even if are good or bad be happy that u alive
- family and kids can means for many happy life
( i am single mother of twins ....they change my life, my happiness...give me power ....make me fight in each day )
- when things hard / heavy happens to us in life ... you have to find a reason for that must go forward no matter how much pain...suffer...tears are .....
